East Texas Transition Conference - Door To The Future

A quarterly mini-conference series for families and individuals living with disability, the people who support them and the community at large.  This series brings together expert speakers for training that will focus on improving the quality of life for those living with disability and the people that support them. Topics such as financial planning, housing, transition planning, employment, and will always include individuals living with disability sharing their stories and dreams for the future. 

CEUs offered for Social Workers and Texas Educators
